Standard Sway Bars

Our new series of Torque Tough™ sway bars are made of special high-grade spring steel that maintains a more consistent spring rate and greater durability. The easiest way to tune your chassis to any track condition! Available with a variety of arm lengths and shapes, these bars are perfect in the NASCAR stock car arena, street rods and off-road vehicles.

Solid Bars:
> Available with 1 " or 1-1/4" OD 48-spline ends
> Available in 12 stock lengths -custom lengths are available
> Rear bars also available in 5/8" or 3/4" OD- made to order Timed for perfect arm alignment for bar interchange
> Double heat-treated Zinc coated

Hollow Bars:
> Standard 48-spline ends in 1-1/4" OD
> Available in 4 wall thickness: .095, .120, .188, .250
> Timed for perfect arm alignment for bar interchange

Standard Sway Bars are Stocked in the Following Lengths
32" - 33" - 34" - 35" - 36" - 36.5" - 37.5" - 38.5" - 39" - 40.5" - 42" - 43"
> All other lengths are special order.
> To special order, add the length of the sway bar to the part number.
Note: To order, add the length of the sway bar you need to the part number listed below.
Example: for a 1-1/4" solid x 36-1/2" bar, the part number would be 602-125-365.
Note: To order proper length take the width of frame rails where bar will be used and add 3". This will be enough room for arms and shaft collars.
