SPEEDWAY ENGINEERING PHILOSOPHY
For over 35 years Speedway Engineering has been dedicated to manufacturing precision-built rear ends and chassis components for race cars. 

Founder Frank Deiny’s dedication to providing racers the best racing equipment quickly became the mission statement of the business, and under his leadership Speedway Engineering became a primary source for racers in the top divisions of NASCAR, ARCA, and many other top stock car racing categories.  Performance, reliability and first-class service became the key characteristics of Speedway’s growing product line. 

Throughout the ‘90’s and today, Speedway Engineering has grown under the helm of Ken Sapper, expanding the product line to include an entire list of suspension and drivetrain products: Ford 9” Rear End Housings, Quick Change Differentials, Axles, Sway Bars, Hubs, and a comprehensive line of suspension components.  Ken’s experience as a racer and long-standing knowledge of Speedway Engineering (one of the first employees) has enabled Speedway Engineering to continue its position as an industry leader.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open daily Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) from 7:OOAM - 5:30PM Pacific time. Our qualified technicians and sales crew are available to answer your questions and take your order. We gladly accept orders by telephone.

PAYMENT POLICY

Your order can be shipped to you C.O.D. or prepaid by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You must complete an "Application for Check Acceptance" form before a C.O.D. is approved.

RETURNS

Absolutely no items may be returned for any reason without prior permission. A handling and restocking fee of 20% will be charged on parts returned for credit or refund unless defective. All returned items must include the reason for return and a copy of the applicable invoice. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept merchandise for credit after 30 days from original date of shipment. Non-stocking merchandise (housings, quick-change rear ends, special length axles or sway bars, hubs, or drive plates with special bolt circles) cannot be returned.

GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

All Speedway Engineering parts are intended only for use in high performance automotive competition. Therefore, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee the performance of any item. Further, we disclaim any liability for actions resulting from failure of Speedway Engineering parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped FOR Sylmar, California. Unless otherwise specified, merchandise is shipped in the quickest and least expensive way possible.

UPS - For products less than 150 pounds, we recommend UPS • Standard Ground Service - Second Day Air

• 3-Day Select - Next Day Air
UPS guarantees their Second Day and Next Day deliveries.

Motor Freight - For heavier and bulkier shipments our products must be sent by motor freight.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

Step 1: Notify Shipping Company

In case of damage or loss to your shipment, please notify the shipping company that delivered your parcel as soon as possible.

Step 2: Notify Speedway Engineering

Always make certain that you receive the complete number of packages for which you are signing.

EXCHANGES

In the event of the exchange or replacement of any items, the original item(s) must be in our possession before any adjustment or exchange can be made.
